This consulting service package provides an assessment of the best possible approaches for webenabling existing customer applications. Typical applications considered would be internal applications such as time and attendance programs and account or procurement applications. External applications that customer may need to have web enabled would be on-line customer account management application like those used by financial or investment businesses and customer service applications used in a variety of businesses.

Internal web-enabled applications give their employees’ application availability through their web browser, thus providing less expensive methods of information sharing. External, Self -service applications provide company customers with more convenience, information availability and service which provides a large cost savings for the company.

The consultant, a highly qualified and experienced engineer specifically chosen to address your particular areas of concern will work with you to deliver a comprehensive and valuable report.
